However, it enables one to answer some questions related to the respective topic and evaluate outcomes.
A data collection process is very important as it ensures that the data gathered are both defined and accurate!
In other words, the subsequent decisions based on arguments present in the findings are made using valid data.
The process provides both a baseline from which to measure and in cases an indication of what to improve exactly.
Because the goal for all data collection is mainly to capture the quality evidence that allows the full analysis.
This is to lead the formulation of convincing and credible answers to the questions that have been posted.

Start your whole data collection efforts with those websites that can and will always provide you the data you need in a timely manner.
Identify Your Data Collectors
Consider using your members or also the volunteers to help collect data for you!
With a little training on how to use the instruments in a perfect manner, they can often be a great source of information to everyone.
They are there and see all the information!
Identify appropriate methods.
Part of the problem with the data collection may be the method.
Consider what method you are using to collect your whole data.
Many websites and programs always use surveys to collect data but this is not always the best way considering the populations served!
Maybe the perfect observation, a focus group with cookies or lunch, or short in-person interviews would be more effective to all.
Identify Data Source
One great challenge is getting the full information from the person or organization which is the data source identified in your performance measurement plan!
You may have an excellent survey for your clients but it is not totally feasible to get the survey to them, much less get it back.
In some cases, it may be even more appropriate to identify another data source for ease of collection or to increase the strength of the data!
