What People Say About Raus IAS?

Reviews

My friend had joined there. She says its good. But I strongly recommend you not to join any coaching center. My friends had taken coaching from top institutes of Delhi. All of them are giving a same opinion, “you can study by your own if you know what to study”. To tell you what to study there are many good websites like Insights, IAS Baba etc. Choose any one. Unacademy is always there!!!

If you join any coaching center you have to spend minimum 1oo thousands and also accomodation fee. In total everything will come up to 2.5 lakhs. Rather wasting the money, buy a wifi connection and laptop. Buy few books which are must like Indian Polity by Laxmikant. Join Telegram and there are many groups for UPSC aspirants. Stay in those groups which are USEFUL FOR PREPARATION.

Make friends who are studying for UPSC exams. Earning 2 lakhs is not all easy!!!

Think before you join coaching center

I believe that Rau’s IAS study circle is the most reliable institute for IAS PREPARATIONS. I am sure about this as many of my friends have studied from Rau’s and cleared UPSC.

All the branches of Rau are equally good. The Jaipur branch has all thefacilities as the DELHI and the BANGALORE branches of Rau’s. The teachers are well qualified and their prolonged experience in preparing students for IAS is icing on the cake. The faculty gives emphasis to the answer writing part which helps the student to write efficiently in the exam and not get confused in the organization of the information of the text. The study material and magazines are all same for all the branches which are given to there students. Its just that the centers are opened in different parts to ease out students for joining Rau’s in or near to their home town. There is no difference in the teaching methodology as well. So there is no room for confusion about which branch is better than other all are best for ias preparation.

Before deciding upon the choice of institute for my IAS coaching, I went in the counselling of various reputed coaching institutes including Rau’s IAS . I then decided to go for Rau’s after talking to the current students and I must say that I was not wrong. The most important plus point that I found there is the qualitative , detailed and explanatory study material prepared by the experienced faculty themselves. Since the faculty here is highly talented so the notes prepared by them are extremely good ,updated ,well researched and compact. Availability of relevant and effective test series is very crucial for clearing the exams.

At Rau’s ,this aspect is keenly taken care of and students are quite satisfied with the outcome. Rau’s IAS is best place for civil services preparation.

Totally fake institution, won’t ever think about it. Yes it is bit difficult for non-delhities to take decision because he advertise so much. but but before taking admission just spend 2 to 3 days talking to the aspirants who are already taking coaching ( for this roam in mukhrjee nagar or old rajinder nagar) . Enter into any book shop and start talking to anyone about coaching books etc they will let you know the complete reality.

But Rau it is completely no. won’t take coaching there or won’t even think of.

After a lot of thorough research, I finally found Rau’s IAS as the most reliable and trustworthy IAS coaching centre. I took admission in one of the most renowned institutions but I could not prepare properly for as there were around 400 students in one batch. But in Rau’s, there are only 80-90 students in one batch which means that this institute cares about every student. I am delighted and satisfied after being a part of Rau’s. Individual attention, positive environment, updated study materials are the essential attributes of this wonderful institute.

Sometimes Raus economics teacher seems like still he is teaching 12th class students ….change economics faculty it’s not for upsc like exams …..even my banking and finance 12th class teacher was better than him….in some batches 12th class students are there it’s very difficult to cope up with it ….. seriously at least maintain batch standard….

The test series is very good and is in line with the new emerging pattern of civil services. The focus magazine is particularly helpful in understanding the wide ranging topics of current affairs. The admin staff on 3rd floor is very cooperative with the students. The teachers give individual attention and ensure that the knowledge is dispersed to the last person attending the class.

Ankur Pandey

One of the best place for civil services preparation, small batch approx 80-90, good faculty, best magazine for UPSC “FOCUS”, test series was very helpful in PT 2019. Administration team @ 3rd floor is very helpful, they behave nicely and always give best out of there.

The quantity of opportunities is accounted for by Union Public Service Commission in its promotion/warning for the test. The quantity of opening fluctuates each year; the quantity of opportunities every year over the most recent 4 years has changed somewhere in the range of 1000 and 1200.

All out marks over all the papers in the particular part (Prelim/Main) are considered for merit. Be that as it may, the Commission has carefulness to fix qualifying marks in any or all the subjects of the assessment

Starter Examination: In CSE (P) 2013, the base marks needed for qualifying Paper – I was set at 30 and that for Paper – II at 70. UPSC draws a rundown of contender to be equipped for Civil Services (Main) Examination dependent on the complete passing marks in any or all the subjects as might be controlled by the Commission.

The Paper Setter, who is a prominent individual in his field, regularly goes about as the Head Examiner, and any place the number of competitors in a specific subject is exceptionally huge, the Commission names Additional Examiners for valuation of answer books.

To accomplish consistency in valuation, where more than one Examiner is included, the Commission masterminds a gathering of the Head Examiner with the Additional Examiners after the Examination is finished. At this stage, they talk about altogether the inquiry paper, the suitable answers and choose the norm of assessment.

To additionally achieve consistency of appraisal entomb use the Examiners, the accompanying technique is embraced: The Head Examiner directs an example study of answer books of each Additional Examiner to confirm whether the uniform principles of assessment developed in the gathering of Examiners have really been followed. Contingent upon the standard received by the Additional Examiner, the Head Examiner may affirm the honors with no change if the Examiner has accurately adhered to the standard settled on, or may complete upward/descending balance as considered important to guarantee a most extreme conceivable level of consistency in the assessment cycle.

In a serious assessment, what is important isn’t the outright presentation of a competitor, yet his/her relative exhibition that indeed decides if the up-and-comer qualifies and, assuming this is the case, his/her situation in the legitimacy list. Appropriately, as of now clarified over, the assessment cycle doesn’t end after starting an assessment by an Examiner. Balance, any place applied, is on the absolute honor at first given (the alleged ‘crude marks’) and not on inquiry insightful premise.

Accordingly, when the assessment cycle is finished, neither one of the raws ‘marks’ nor ‘question-wise’ marks stay alive. What stays alive is the competitor’s absolute score in a paper granted toward the finish of the assessment cycle and this honor is ordinarily made accessible to the applicant at the appointed time (a month or two) on the Commission’s site.
